This traditional Manhattan Beach home was in need of a facelift. The project included a full master bath remodel, with master bedroom and family room redesign. The client was looking to elevate their living spaces with a cohesive look that would stand out among customary homes in the area. They were not afraid of making a bold statement with vibrant color and playful textiles in the family room, and chose a whimsical and calming approach for the master suite.

Moreno Drive

Silverlake, CA

Morena Drive is a 1929 Spanish Colonial renovation in the stunning Silverlake neighborhood of Los Angeles. This family took on a beautiful three bedroom, two bath home which ultimately expanded to a four bedroom, three bath home with a finished basement. Their personal style can be described as a hybrid of Spanish Modern with a touch of the Mid-Century charm that defines Silverlake.

Incline Village

Lake tahoe, NV

This cozy mountain home is nestled in Incline Village located on the North Shore of stunning Lake Tahoe. The client desired a modern, yet calm and comfortable environment for her revolving door of guests. During any time of year, or for any occasion, she wanted her guests to feel at home in her space. It was also important to her that the interiors accentuated and showcased her personal collection of artwork from around the world. The result is a well-curated and intimate space that is warm and welcoming in both winter and summer.

Hayes Avenue

Hayes Ave is a historic California Craftsman from 1907 located in the desirable neighborhood of Highland Park in Los Angeles. A labor of love project spanning over 8 years, Studio Kenna worked with the owners to carefully and methodically curate each space using original materials, colors and textures true to the era.

Hyperion Avenue

Hyperion Avenue, nestled in the heart of Silverlake, is a recently completed project in collaboration with Westhoven Design as a short-term fully furnished rental property. The client requested a fresh and modern design to attract a younger, hip, and tech savvy renter.
